Accepting These Terms
This document and the other documents that we reference below make up our house rules, or what we officially call our Terms of Use.
By agreeing to the Terms, you agree to resolve all disputes through binding individual arbitration, which means that you waive any right to have those disputes decided by a judge or jury, and that you waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
Delivery Time
Onimi Italia strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are in processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. We make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order.
Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Return and Refund
Kindly take note that we do not accept return and refund due to change of mind / purchased wrongly.
- To be eligible for a return due to product defect caused by logistic, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customers are required to provide photo or video evidence taken before and during unboxing to support the claim.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error is attributable to the brand.
